Abstract

In recent years, industrialization and urbanization have been rapidly formed, and the costal waters have followed freely into the ocean without being clarified in the land of industrial wastewater and sewage runoff. Long term deposit of pollutants have resulted in a damaging marine and a damaging effect on marine life and living conditions such as red tides and bad odor. Since 1998, the government has been conducting extensive budget projects, but some of the ports have been recontaminated by reconsidering the cause of the relocation of the port, prompting the consideration of the response of the government and effectiveness of the government budget. In addition, measures were taken to address the problems of the projects, and to analyze the contents of the projects and to prevent the recurrent of civil affairs and recontaminations.
