A Study on Improvement of Fume Hood Air Supply and Exhaust System
Abstract
Recently, with the expansion of investment in national basic science research, many research facilities.
It is newly constructed and remodeled. Chemical and biological experiments are being conducted in these research facilities, and many safety devices are installed for laboratory safety. Many fume hood devices are installed as safety devices for fumes and gases during the experiment among many safety devices.
Fume hood devices, which are used as laboratory safety equipment, are very important in the design of laboratory building equipment, and energy losses are very high because they are often required to operate continuously 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Since the fume hood system is a device to be concerned about a lot of energy saving, this study focuses on the energy saving while deriving the overall improvement plan of the fume hood.
Therefore, in this study, we tried to study the heat exchange type fume hood exhaust system which can solve various problems of fume hood as energy saving.
