Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on the prevention of school safety accidents and to show the importance of school safety education and the awareness of safety education for regular and irregular workers in elementary school We analyze and understand the actual state of safety consciousness. Based on this, I would like to suggest the following opinions for the recognition of safety education for non - regular workers and the improvement of safety consciousness.
First, for safety education, The reason for the difference in recognition of education occupations is that the regular workers are somewhat higher than the non-regular workers because they have received more systematic safety education than the non-regular workers.
The school always has a variety of educational activities for students during the growing season and the causes of the students' unpredictable safety accidents. Like regular employees. Irregular emplayees spend a lot of time in the education field. This is an important reason why irregular workers need systemized school safety education.
The Ministry of Education and the Office of Education opened a safety education training program for irregular workers. And it is necessary to expand it.
Second, the differences in perceptions of employees about safety consciousness resulted in more responsibility for regular employees than non - regular workers. Non-regular workers It is necessary to improve the treatment so as to have pride and sense of duty.
The government distributes materials for student safety education as well as manuals related to student life. We must emphasize the necessity of safety consciousness and safety education without classifying all safety-related activities that may occur at school, focusing on students, regular workers and non-regular workers. Safety education should be conducted and continued.
