고기능성 황색 유기안료의 효율적 제조 및 특성에 관한 연구
- Abstract
- The diarylide pigmet yellow 83 (P.Y. 83), which is bright reddish yellow color, has superior light fastness and solvent resistance, so consequently it is suited to a wider range of applications. In this study, P.Y. 83 sample was synthesized at various reaction conditions by applying the coupling reaction with the use of dispersion derivatives as dispersion agent. Changes in particle size, crystal size, color, and dispersion characteristics were investigated. The chemical and crystalline structure of sample were analyzed by FT-IR spectrometer and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. The color properties were analyzed by color-difference meter and UV-vis spectrometer. The shape and size of particle and dispersion stability were analyzed by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) and turbiscan respectively. It was found that dispersion characteristics were enhanced and color were selectively controlled by the introduction of dispersion derivatives.
