넙치의 Cystatin B-Like 유전자의 클로닝 및 효소활성
Abstract
Cysteine proteinase inhibitor (cystatin) is a widely distributed inhibitor of cysteine protease, which plays an important role in the normal physiological state and pathological process of mammals. However, there are few studies on cysteine protease inhibitors Cystatins in fish.
The open reading frame length of Cystatin B-like, a cysteine protease inhibitor of olive flounder, was 360 bp, encoding 98 amino acid residues, which had high homology with the sequence of Cystatins B in various fishes. It also has the conserved functional active site of Cystatins B. The recombinant PoCystatin B-like expressed in E. coli has the inhibitory activity of cysteine protease.
