Panel2SLS를 이용한 직원만족도와 CSR,ROA의 연관관계 검증

Abstract
In relation to the recent increasing importance of CSR activities of companies, various studies have been conducted, focusing on concepts, measurement methods, and the performance of CSR activities, such as social and financial performances. However, the relationship between CSR activities and corporate performance is a complicated relationship that is hard to say. In other words, for most corporate managers whose main goal is to generate revenue, the tangible performance of CSR activities is a real and very important issue. However, in terms of employment relationship and human resource management, CSR activities are related to the human resource management system based on employee participation and immersion, and thus can have a certain impact on the level of employment and management.
Based on this, this study focused on the following aspects. Until now, many of the preceding studies have conducted separate studies on CSR and financial performance, CSR and employee satisfaction with the view of shareholder egotism oriented management. However, no research was conducted to link employee satisfaction with CSR and financial performance. In this regard, the impact of the CSR activities on the employees of the company's main stakeholders and the impact of the company's CSR activities on the company's key stakeholders were seen by the employee satisfaction panel.
This study confirmed the relationship between employee satisfaction, CSR and ROA with panel 2 SLS for six years from 2011 to 2016. The KE . index provided by the Economic Justice Research Institute under the Federation for Economic Justice was used as a proxy variable for CSR activities and ROA was used as a substitute for financial performance. In the preceding studies, the main independent variables, such as employee satisfaction level, CSR, and potential endogenous problems, were investigated only in relation to CSR activity, employee satisfaction level, ROA, and ROA activity. This study found that the relationship between ROA and the employee satisfaction in Pearson correlation is not significant, but the indirect degree of employee satisfaction is significant in the 2 SLS. As a result of analysis of panel 2 SLS, it is verified that CSR activities have a positive (+) effect on employee satisfaction, and that employee satisfaction level has a positive impact on ROA. Therefore, these results suggest that it solved endogeneity with panel 2 SLS and verified the relationship between employee satisfaction, CSR and financial performance.
