끄덕새우 (Rhynchocinetes uritai Kubo, 1942) 초기유생의 먹이, 밀도 및 수온조건이 생존율에 미치는 영향

Abstract
Effect of food, density and water temperature on the larvae survival rate of Rhynchocinetes uritai were investigated by rearing experiment. Rhynchocinetes uritai were collected from Nasari, Ulsan, Korea from May to July, 2016. The hatched larvae were selected and moved to a 3-liter glass container usaing a macro pipet and three times replicated each by food, density and water temperature conditions. Food experiment lasted 20-days at 24±0.5℃ and were Chaetoceros simplex, Isochrysis galbana, and Tetraselmis suecica. Result showed the highest survival rate with 15.3% in the experimental group that fed Tetraselmis suecica. Density experiment were carried out at 24±0.5℃ for 25-days. Hatching larvae were divided into 100, 200, 300 per 3-liter with feeding Tetraselmis suecica. Experimental result showed recorded the highest survival rate (18.2%) in 200 larvae density. Temperature experiment was performed at 18℃, 20℃, 24℃ for 40-days by feeding Tetraselmis suecica at density of 200 larvae per 3-liter. As a result, it developed to the first juvenile stage and showed the highest survival rate with 15.7% at 20℃.
