다문화 가정 자녀를 위한 한국어교육에서 놀이 지도 방안 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 자녀생활서비스를 제공받는 취학 전 다문화 가정 자녀를 위한 한국어 교육 놀이 지도안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 자녀생활서비스 교재 분석을 실시하고, 자녀생활지도사를 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였다. 이 연구는 다음과 같이 구성되어 있다. 첫 번째 장에서는 이 연구의 목적과 필요성을 제시하고 연구 내용을 소개하였다. 두 번째 장은 이론적 배경을 검토한다. 취학 전 유아교육, 다문화 가정 유아의 특성, 자녀생활서비스의 개념 및 현황에 대해 조사했다. 세 번째 장에서는 교재와 심층면담을 분석했다. 교재 분석 결과 첫째, 교재 목표에서는 읽기 비율이 가장 낮았다. 누리과정 목표와 비교한 결과 연령별 세부목표가 필요했다. 둘째, 교재 내용에서는 에피소드를 통한 미리보기 학습이 가능하고, 지도사-유아 상호작용 안내, 수준별 지도가 가능한 장점이 있었다. 반면, 부족한 활동, 지루한 학습, 부모 참여 수업의 어려움, 독서코칭 도서 부재, 어휘 교육 부재가 있었다. 심층면담은 ‘다문화 가정 자녀 지도방안’과 ‘놀이 지도’로 분류되어 의견들이 조사되었다. 네 번째 장에서는 놀이 지도 모형과 2장, 3장을 통해 16회기 지도안을 제시하였다. 구체적으로는 첫째, 연령별 세부목표를 정했다. 둘째, 기존 교재의 장점은 그대로 적용했다. 셋째, 읽기 교육을 확대하고 듣기, 말하기, 쓰기 교육을 균형화 했다. 넷째, 자음 학습을 포함했다. 다섯째, 어휘 교육을 통해 어휘력 향상을 도왔다. 본 연구에서는 취학 전 자녀생활서비스 대상 다문화 가정 자녀를 위한 한국어 교육 놀이 지도안을 제시한 것에 의의가 있다. 그러나 본 연구는 질적 연구를 진행함으로써 심층면담 분석 결과를 일반화하기에는 어려움이 있다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a study on education of korean language using play for preschool children of multicultural families focusing on multicultural families in charge of childcare services. For this purpose, we analyzed the textbooks for multicultural families in charge of childcare services and conducted depth interviews with the children' s life teachers. The study is structured as follows. The first chapter presents the purpose and necessity of this study and introduces the contents of the study. The second chapter examines the theoretical background. Preschool infant education, the characteristics of multicultural family infants, and the concept and present condition of multicultural families in charge of childcare services. In the third chapter, we analyzed textbooks and depth interviews. First, the reading rate was the lowest in the textbook. Compared with the Nuri curriculum, the age-specific goals were needed. Second, in the contents of the textbook, it was possible to preview the learning through episodes, guidance of the teacher-infant interaction, and level guidance. On the other hand, there were lack activities, boring learning, difficulties of parent participation class, lack of reading coaching books, and lack of vocabulary education. In depth interviews were classified as 'guidance for children of multicultural families' and 'play instruction'. In the fourth chapter, the play learning model and chapter 2 and chapter 3 presented the 16th session. Specifically, first, we set detailed targets for each age group. Second, the merits of the existing textbooks were applied. Third, we expanded reading education and balancing listening, speaking and writing. Fourth, it included learning consonants. Fifth, it helped improve vocabulary through vocabulary education. In this study, it is meaningful a study on education of korean language using play for preschool children of multicultural families focusing on multicultural families in charge of childcare services. However, this study has difficulty in generalizing the analysis results by conducting qualitative research.
