부산지역 창업보육센터 운영현황 및 개선방안에 대한 연구

Abstract

In this study, we are going to identify the current status of our start-up Business Incubator Center. In particular, through a survey by a start-up in Busan, we are going to check the need for Business Incubator Center. Starting with the Ansan Center for startup in 1992, the number of Korea center for small and Medium Business has increased significantly, the number of centers operating at 2017.12.31. Currently, 262 centers are operating. Although it has become a good place to start-ups supporting organizations and universities such as Center for Creative Economy and Innovation and the Leading university, it is insufficient to create or spread a boom due to the gradual measures to the promotion of venture. Business Incubator Center, which has been operating in earnest since the early 2000s, supports the management and commercialization of tenant companies despite a small budget. However, it is also true that the presence of various start-up support agencies has decreased. This study will explain how the company can create opportunities for the start-up company to grow independently through linkage activities to support the growth of tenant companies such as Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, Business Incubator Center, and TechnoPark. Finally, in this study, the effect of the Business Incubator Center on the business performance of the tenant company by providing various resources to start-up companies in the most vulnerable period in the enterprise development system, which is the fundamental concept of the Business Incubator Center.
