Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the satisfaction of former job seekers and the resultant job seeking efficacy of general middle - aged job seekers in Busan, and to find out whether the former job support service (appropriateness, usefulness) The results of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between job satisfaction and job satisfaction was measured by five sub - factors: job information collection ability, goal setting ability, planning ability, problem solving ability, self - Respectively. Based on the results of this study, we suggested suggestions and remedies to improve the quality of job support service and to improve job satisfaction of job seekers.
For this purpose, we have tried to understand the theoretical understanding through the literature study, emphasized that the former support service is necessary for both job seekers and companies, and that job seeking efficacy is important for successful career change. Then, we tried to increase the validity of the study through empirical studies. In the empirical study, questionnaires were extracted from questionnaires according to the research model designed in the literature study. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 250 senior middle - aged job seekers aged 40-64 years old who experienced former support service at a former support organization in Busan. The collected data was processed by IBM SPSS ver. 22.0. Descriptive statistics was conducted for demographic characteristics. Factor analysis was done to see the validity of the study. T-test and one-way analysis of variance were done for the differential analysis. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were done to see the effects of outplacement services on job seeking self-efficacy. The results of this study are as follows. First, gender (female) showed significant difference in job seeking efficacy and job support service among the personal characteristics of job seekers. However, there were no significant differences according to age, education, previous occupation, previous preparation period, and service use frequency.
Second, among the individual characteristics of job seekers, academic ability (higher education) showed significant difference in job seeking efficacy. However, there were no significant differences according to age, previous occupation, previous preparation period, and service use frequency.
Third, the former support service showed a statistically correlation with the job seeking efficacy, and the appropriateness of the sub - variables of the former support service positively affected the job seeking efficacy.
Fourth, the appropriateness of the sub-variables of the former support service has a statistically significant effect on goal setting ability, planning ability, problem solving ability, and self-evaluation ability except job information collecting ability of job search efficacy.
Through this study, it was analyzed that battery support service has an effect on improvement of job - seeking efficacy of middle - aged job seekers in Busan. It has been proved that it has a positive effect on reducing the psychological impact experienced by retirees and establishing the former or the second life design. In addition, I would like to suggest some improvements to maximize the effectiveness of the former support service.
First, when carrying out the former support service, customized former support service should be approached according to personal characteristics. In the case of job seekers in the job seeking field, since the gender preference differs between job seekers preferred jobs and jobs that can be entered, various information and consulting support suitable for job seekers should be given priority.
Second, it is necessary to develop the level and quality of the former support service, contents and contents of the program in various ways, and to improve the satisfaction of the former support service by classifying the selection criteria according to the education level of the target person.
Third, the government should introduce the continuous national policy to analyze the characteristics of individual work experience, rather than approach to simple employment or entrepreneurship support, and to provide practical support service for helping to advance into related field after life design.
