A Study on the Improvement of the Rate of Hatching Eggs By Density Difference Detection
Abstract
Artificial incubators generally require three main conditions such as air, temperature, humidity. Moreover, egg turning is also necessary just like natural incubation.
Because the incubation condition are dependent on birds, and the success rate of hatching is different according to how people control these conditions.

The current average commercial incubators hatching rate is about 85%, and it seems very low when comparing to 95% of the natural hatching rate. Even though there are so many researches who have tried to increase artificial hatching rate, so far we couldn't get distinctively good results.
This study is to improve the hatching rate by using the weight of a hatching egg and its density difference.
So far, the core of an artificial incubators is keeping the temperature of inside incubators without variation. These methods affect low hatching rate due to the environment (country) and, because the insulation of incubators is important, various exterior materials for insulation were commercialized. Despite of these efforts, the hatching rate have not been improved. Because no matter how incubators are equipped with excellent controllers, the hatching rate mainly depend on the user's Know-How.

To make up for these weak points, We devise the optimal density loss basis of an egg through a various types of hatching experimental equipments, which make it possible to control the egg density loss program in order to track its process of change and to detect egg density loss in hatching procedure.

The incubators can detect changes in eggs, and maintain optimal incubation condition by using accurate control. As a result we can reduce user's area and decrease bad condition for hatching. We are abel to get 94% of hatching rate after several experiments.
