오류분석을 통한 대학 기초수학 학습지도 개선 방안
- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to analyze the mathematical errors of the students who participated in the college basic mathematics lecture. We focus on basic concepts in the mathematics curriculum at the general high school level, especially in geometry and vector unit.
In this thesis, we classify mathematical errors on the diagnostic evaluation and the written examinations in the lecture as follows;
(ⅰ) fundamental errors (no answer, errors answered by diagram only),
(ⅱ) conceptual errors (errors that use different concepts, errors caused by the poor understanding of basic concepts, errors caused by the poor understanding for spatial concepts),
(ⅲ) technical errors (errors caused by wrong calculations, errors caused by a poor logical development).
From these results, we suggest an efficient teaching method to improve the problem solving abilities of low achievement students in mathematics.
