Recent, the overseas plant export of domestic plant companies are created very high added value in our economy. Trade friction and import regulations of exports in between countries are small because the knowledge-intensive industries of plant industrial exports are contribute to the new industry development, import substitution and export promotion. In addition, the increase of foreign acquisition rate among the developed countries is the sector under the spotlight of strategic export scheme. But the required expertise and skills of the business sector in plant project is very diverse and work experience is essential for most projects. Therefore, the input of on-site personnel is not easy to train in short period of time. Moreover, the allocation of an available experienced high-quality human resources of important industry in risk management is difficult to stably maintain because the difference between the project of project is severe. In addition, Made by many educational institutions to get tough plant training schools and interviews with practitioners in the field of education and an understanding of, but It is also theoretical, the information of present paper on improving the education system through risk analysis are not much shown. In this paper, a practical understanding of the plant and process plant projects summarized the steps corresponding to the risk analysis for the future improvement of the proposed plant education.
