고분자 계면활성제를 이용한 수용성 절삭유의 물성 변화에 관한 연구
- Abstract
- In the field of metal processing, which processes unnecessary parts of various metal materials into shapes that require cutting with tools, liquid materials called cutting oils are used to increase processing efficiency and precision. Cutting oil is divided into non-soluble and soluble according to the industrial standard. In the past, non-water-soluble cutting oils were mainly used due to their excellent cutting performance and corrosion protection, but the development and use of environmentally-friendly water-soluble cutting oils have been increasing due to toxic and environmental pollution problems in the processing process and waste oil treatment process. The water-soluble coolant developed so far has been actively researched to solve problems such as poor cutting performance compared to non-water soluble cutting oils and bubbles being generated during work. Among them, research has been focused on the use of various surfactants as additives to prevent corruption and increase the cutting efficiency of cutting oil. A study on environmentally friendly surfactant properties for the replacement of octyl phenol ethoxylate with surfactant has recently been published. However, little has been published in the paper on cutting oil using polymeric surfactants to improve cutting potential, such as anti-corruption, cutting efficiency, prevention of foam generation. Therefore, this study analyzed the physical and chemical properties of cutting oils manufactured from poly alkylene glycol, a polymer surfactant, in various mixing ratios, measured their friction characteristics, cleaning properties, rust resistance, concentration variation and cutting performance evaluation, and considered the results.
