- Abstract
- The CPTED certification of the Korean CPTED Society, which began around 2010, has produced many achievements and positive effects over the course of about 10 years, but it is now time to review and improve the evaluation criteria in the certification system. At this point, an in-depth review of the community facilities of multi-family housing was needed. Currently, if you look at the CPTED certification checklist of the Korean CPTED Society's community facilities, the community facilities are in the semi-final area, and the evaluation is focused on strengthening activity and nature monitoring. Today, however, the community facilities of many apartment complexes do not have a single layout, but are combined with various functions such as commercial facilities and the lower part of the main building to meet the needs. Therefore, it is recommended to add a few items in addition to the ones currently listed because it is difficult to assess various cases on the same basis, and it is necessary to diversify and supplement the assessment items.
