Second, parents who have participated in the education on children's rights were more aware of the necessity and importance of it than parents who haven’t.
Third, regardless of whether or not they have experienced the education on children's rights, the level of parents' awareness of children’s rights and child abuse was the highest, followed by sexual abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, and physical abuse.
The suggestions and educational implications on this study are as follows.
The level of parents' awareness of the necessity and importance of education on children's rights was high, but they did not know how to receive such an educations, so they should be able to actively promote and expand opportunities to participate in it through various channels, and also various activities related to children's rights will be needed. And a follow-up study will be needed on whether children's rights are actually enjoyed and practiced in the home. This study has significant meaning in providing basic data about (parent) education on children's rights to promote parents' awareness of children's rights.
