강화된 광학 및 내 화학성을 지닌 Colorless Polyimide Hybrid의 합성 및 제조

Abstract
Colourless polyimide (CPI) is now considered as a promising material for flexible substrate due to its excellent properties. However, CPI exhibits low chemical resistance compare to that of conventional polyimide. In this contribution, we successfully improve the chemical resistance and transparency of CPI by introducing cycloaliphatic epoxy-fuctionalized oligosiloxanes (CEOS). The hybrid material was prepared using crosslinking and imidization reaction between carboxylic acid group in colourless polyimide acid (CPAA) and epoxy ring in CEOS. The physicochemical properties of the hybrid-CPI were investigated by infrared spectroscopy, electron microscopy, and thermogravimetry. To examine the chemical resistance, organic solvent was dropped onto surface of the hybrid CPI film. The results showed that the best chemical resistance was achieved in molar ratio of 1:2 (CEOS:CPAA). Comparing to that of conventional CPI, the transparency of this hybrid CPI film in visible light was significantly improved.
