Abstract

With the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization, trade protection measures adopted by many countries have undergone great changes. Traditional trade protection measures have a greater impact on international trade. It is said that China is a world factory or a manufacturing powerhouse. “Made in China” is one of the most popular labels in the world. According to the global economic development, the consumer demand in the toy market is gradually recovering. North America and Europe are the world's largest toy industry and the largest toy importer. This paper analyzes the papers, publications, ruins and literature related to trade barriers between China and South Korea, analyzes the cases recalled by developed countries, and analyzes the causes and countermeasures of trade technical barriers facing China. This study analyzes the recall of Chinese toys, analyzes the problems of Chinese toy exports, and attempts to find countermeasures for Chinese exports. Through analysis and research, the suggestions and countermeasures for toy exports have not only been explored theoretically, but also combined with the recall of actual trade barriers in China. Played a positive role in the development of the toy export industry.
