- Abstract
- This study conducted a semantic network analysis by collecting reviews of business hotels and luxury hotels in Busan through Naver and Daum. The data was collected by Textom, and the analysis program used Ucinet6 to analyze key words and visualize them by performing semantic link. According to the analysis, the top words related to business hotels appeared in the order of 'Haeundae, Travel, Accommodation, and Busan Travel', and included words about schedules such as '2 Nights 3Days, 1Night 2Days and 3 Nights 4 Days'. In addition, the frequency of words related to positions such as 'Busan Station, Nampodong, Gwanganri' was also high. On the contrary, the word ‘Haeundae, travel, Seoul, Jeju Island, and the best’ were the top five words in the result of the 5 star hotel, and words related to subsidiary facilities such as 'breakfast, packages, service, and promotion' are frequently found, which makes there is a definite difference between business hotel and 5 star hotel. You may feel that there is little difference in the market segment, but these materials will help you make more effective sales by specifying a marketing plan that is appropriate in detail.
