육군 성과기반군수지원(PBL) 사업 전산모델 표준화방안 연구

Abstract

The PBL project was born in the United States with the aim of increasing efficiency and reducing costs by entrusting logistics support to the private sector. In Korea, which has been strengthening its power through the in-house development of the weapon systems, the PBL project is being carried out for stable operations of the weapons systems and rapid procurement of repair parts. The army's maintenance sector varies depending on the contract, it includes repair parts support, maintenance support, and technical support. In addition, the computer system to support this tasks and the operation and maintenance during the project period are included in the contract. The computer system is an essential element for the implementation of PBL project and a tool to improve the transparency and reliability of project execution. In this paper, a standardization model of computer system is suggested based on our experience of the construction the computer system of the Army PBL project.
