정부 창업지원 사업의 성과분석: 부산 지역을 중심으로

Abstract

한국 사회의 양극화 문제가 심화 되고 있으며, 이에 대한 해법으로 대기업과 중소기업의 격차를 해소하기 위한 여러 방안이 모색되고 있다. 또한,정부 창업지원 사업과 연구개발투자를 통한 지역경제의 활성화를 도모하고 있다. 대기업 중심의 성장을 통한 한계를 극복하기 위해 양질의 일자리 창출과 범부처 협업에 의한 혁신성장 체계를 이룩할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 정부 창업지원 사업의 프로그램 및 사업화 성과의 효과를 검증함으로써 중소기업 창업지원의 방향성을 제시하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.

The problem of polarization in Korean society is intensifying, and various solutions are being sought to solve the gap between large corporations and SMEs. In addition, the government is trying to revitalize the local economy through investment projects and investment in R & D. In order to overcome the limitations of growth centered on large corporations, it is necessary to create high quality jobs and to build a system of innovation growth through collaboration among ministries and agencies. The purpose of this study is to present the direction of SME policy formulation by verifying the effectiveness of the government start - up support project.
