The neighboring powers, especially China and Japan, are constantly provoking conflicts with our country regarding maritime delimitation. The provocations of these neighboring countries are being strengthened continuously and systematically, not fragmentarily. In Korea, which is surrounded by narrow land and three sides of the sea, it is urgent to secure marine resources and marine transportation. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of deriving the territorial rights of EEZ and Dokdo·Ieodo Islands. It is necessary to systematically and actively respond to the outsider. Therefore, this study outlines the actual situation of disputes related to Dokdo·Ieodo Island and analyzes cases of disputes related to EEZ from other countries and proposes countermeasures in terms of international law. As a result of this study, firstly, it is the quantitative accumulation and flexibility of evidence as a basic countermeasure. Second, we must create a historical account and defend against the logic of "The land without the owner". Third, it is an event organized by strengthening effective control. Fourth, it is actively exercising various administrative powers. We must maintain our sovereignty through collaborative research centered on prospective and neutral scholars of Japan and China, as well as allies and friends, including the United States and the United Kingdom.
