데이터베이스 비상복구솔루션 기술 개발 및 사업화 방안

Abstract

4차산업의 핵심인 데이터는 데이터베이스의 형태로 보관되며 폭발적인 용량 및 사용량 증가와 자산으로 분류될 정도의 중요성을 가지고 있으나 백업과 복구는 이와 걸맞지 않게 뒤떨어져 있어 서비스 중단이나 데이터 손실이 빈번하게 일어나고 있다. 본 기술 개발은 국내 점유율이 70% 이상인 오라클 데이터베이스의 백업 오류 및 기타 장애로 인해 데이터 손실이 불가피한 상황에서 최후의 수단으로 메타데이터를 활용하여 데이터 파일에 직접 접근하여 데이터를 추출하는 기술의 개발과 사업화 방안을 주제로 한다.

The interest in the 4th industrial revolution and the explosion of data volume due to the combination of Big Data and IoT, mean that the value of data is higher than ever. In this study, we developed a technology to extract data by directly accessing the inner block of the data file where the actual data exists through the analysis of the metadata in the system file and the data file, and it is possible to minimize the data loss through the recovery program. For such purpose, this report includes: the analysis of external environment and internal capability related to the developed system, the design and implementation of the system, the specification of the relevant business model and expected effect, and the identification of a technology roadmap for further research and development with consideration of commercialization.
