병원간호사의 직무 스트레스, 회복탄력성 및 임파워먼트가 이직의도에 미치는 영향

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influencing factors of job stress, resilience and empowerment on turnover intention of Hospital Nurses. The participants were 166 nurses who work at five 200 to 500 bed hospitals in Busan, Republic of Korea. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression via the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. As a result of comparing turnover intention to the subjects’ general and work-related characteristics, turnover intention showed significant differences according to level of education, turnover experience, promotion experience, and rotation of location experience. The average score for turnover intention was 3.49 on a scale of 5. Turnover intention was found to have a significant positive correlation with job stress. Turnover intention was found to have significant negative correlations with resilience and empowerment. It was found that factors influencing the turnover intention of characteristics were as follows: rotation of location experience, promotion experience, inappropriate treatment and reward and turnover experience. The explanatory power was 33%. The results of this study can be used as basic data for developing strategies to reduce the turnover intention and turnover rate of hospital nurses.
