건설현장 굴삭기의 Fail safe 기능 개선 방안 연구
- Abstract
- Excavators account for a large proportion of construction equipment in Korean construction sites. Most of the causes of disasters are caused by unsafe behavior and conditions. Construction site with complex environment Because there are many risk factors, it is important to have a safety management system to manage them. Therefore, this study first analyzes the types of disasters caused by excavators. After that, 4M, which is widely used as a method of analyzing causes of disasters, will be used to analyze the causes according to Man, Human, Machine, Media, and Management. Lastly, we will analyze the causes of each type of disaster and apply Fail safe, a safety management method, as a countermeasure against the type of disaster, and propose 3E (Engineering, Education, Enforcement) for disaster prevention by excavators.
