비분산 적외선 확산식 가스 검지기 개발
- Abstract
- LNG(liquefied natural gas) and LPG(liquefied petroleum gas), which are used as the main energy sources, are being used as power sources in major heating and cooking and industrial industries, and the risk of leakage is also increasing.
The gas leak detector must play an important role in the prevention of the gas leak and is required to have a reliable performance and durability.
In general, diffusion gas detectors that are commonly used to measure the concentration of gas mixed with air in the atmosphere, and the most commonly used catalytic combustion gas sensor may be less accurate or unable to react when oxygen in the atmosphere is reduced or absent.
It may be contaminated with silicon (Si) / sulfur (S) / lead (Pb), or it may cause problems such as shortening of the life of high-concentration the gas beyond combustibility limit.
This paper developed a gas detector using Non-dispersive Infrared (NDIR) sensor, which is more durable than contact sensor, and presented performance test and calibration method accordingly.
