중·저층 건축물의 건축허가등 및 사용승인 동의 시 도서 비교를 통한 소방설계 변경사례 연구

Abstract

In fire protection system installation, due to continuous changes in the structure, compartment of space, and materials of a building during the construction process, differences arise between the original fire protection design and the actual application of fire protection system installation. These differences between the design and actual construction can lead to differences in construction cost and performance of fire protection system. However, since the officers in charge of fire protection consent must review all consent documents received in the jurisdiction within the a specified consent period, there are practical difficulties in performing sufficient review. Therefore, in order to secure fire safety of buildings and prevent human casualties, relevant case analyses and the consequent institutional and systematic supplementation are necessary. In this study, the application ratio of fire protection consent documents and fire protection system construction documents by building and by fire protection system were analyzed for 6 buildings, and the need for institutional supplementation was proposed. The results of this study demonstrate the difference between fire protection design and actual construction.
