- Abstract
- As fossil fuel generation is excluded due to environmental issues and the nuclear power plant is emerging as a policy, interest in the renewable energy industry and research and development is increasing.
In the case of dye-sensitized solar cells, there is an optimal requirement to lower LCOE through the use of light transmission, power generation at low incidence angle of solar light, and BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic).
When the ratio of TiO₂ and TTIP addition amount was changed in five ratios from 0.1 mol to 0.9 mol in the manufacturing process of TiO₂ paste, when the addition amount increased from 0.1 mol to 0.5 mol, efficiency and measured characteristic values such as open voltage and short circuit current Both density and filling factor were increased. In the range from 0.5 mol to 0.9 mol, the efficiency and each measured value decreased again as the amount of addition increased. When the ratio of TTIP was increased to 0.9 mol, which is the maximum addition ratio of the experimental conditions, it was confirmed that the short circuit current density value greatly decreased.
