중국 베이징 미세먼지실태와 대응방안 연구

Abstract
As China's urban scale continues to expand in recent years, fine particulate matters have become increasingly serious problems. Those problems limited the development and construction of China's ecological civilization. Through this research, I analyzed the causes of fine particulate matters in Beijing, China. Many valuable knowledge was obtained from literature survey. It can be seen that there are many reasons related to the fine particulate matters problem in Beijing, and this paper points out some typical reasons. After investigating and analyzing these reasons, the reason for the fine particulate matters in Beijing was considered very important, and the government and related agencies prepared for the appropriate measures to provide the idea and effectively manage the fine particulate matters in China.
In chapter 2, fine particulate matters and smog were analyzed, indicating that human health was affected. Previous studies were analyzed and found to be four important reasons of air pollution. The first reason is car emissions. The most important reason of serious air pollution in Beijing is automobile emissions. The second reason is heating. Cold weather in northern China usually results in intensive heating. In the south, the weather is warm, so you can install the heating yourself according to your needs. In this case, the pollution of coal burning is relatively large in winter. The third reason is generally open straw burning in the summer. It produces harmful substances that burn, not only seriously pollute the air, but also affect people's health. The last reason is desertification. Desertification is aggravated by natural disasters. It is a problem that cannot be ignored in air pollution.
An empirical study was conducted in chapter 3. we use survey and mapping methods to describe and analyze the core content, with a focus on frequency analysis. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 150 Chinese students living in Busan, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on 13 questions and data analyzed by SPSSAU.
The analysis was made by making a framework in Chapter 2, which showed the counter measures for four reasons. The first is the automobile emissions improvement policy. The most effective and always implemented method is the single and double number limit. There is also the development of renewable energy vehicles. The second is the heating policy, and China has adopted policies such as green building action plans using solar or geothermal heating. This not only ensures the quality of life of people, but also reduces coal burning. Clean energy use needs to be improved. The third is the ban on straw burning, and the government has established and subsidized a processing plant for farmers to process livestock feed, using recycling method. Fourth, the fastest and most effective way to prevent desertification, planting trees and returning farmland to the field.

In conclusion, through this research we analyzed the cause of fine particulate matters in Beijing, China. Many valuable knowledge was obtained from this paper. There are many reasons for the fine particulate matters problem in Beijing, and this paper points out some typical reasons. After investigating and analyzing these causes, the reasons for Beijing's fine particulate matters were considered very important, and the government and related agencies have devised appropriate measures to provide ideas for effectively managing fine particulate matters in China.
