해양 FPSO/FPU 건조에서 설계 관리를 통한 선행 의장률 향상에 대한 연구
- Abstract
- When carrying out construction of the offshore FPSO/FPU plant, the task is always to perform the construction successfully by minimizing the non-efficiency loss caused by performing the residual follow-up by completing the Pre-Outfitting installation (Pipe Support & Spool, Electrical/Instrument Support) as much as possible under the ground-on condition.
Performing the installation work of the Outfitting on the ground is called the Pre-Outfitting work, and this is controlled by Pre-outfitting ratio percent. While these improvements in the prior Pre out fitting are the main factors for successful project performance, few have been studied for clear and clear direction for improvement.
Therefore, through this study, focused mainly Engineering part and then finally identified, analyzed the results of improvements in the Engineering sector, which have many factors for improvement in the Pre Outfitting Rate (design, purchase, procurement, production, etc.) to suggest the direction of improvement.
As a final result of fomularizing major four factors (F1-Checking the missing drawings after close the Design Plan, F2-MTO index and WO rate), F3-production drawings issue ratio, the study is showing as 1st place F1-48% effect, 2nd place F2-24% effect and 3rd place F3-11% increase in Factors.
In order to improve the Pre Outfitting rate in the future, it is recommended that the main factors identified by this study be taken into account to make the most of the available resources in performing the construction work.
