피난구 유도등 경년별 휘도 감소율 산정을 통한 내용연수 설정에 관한 연구
- Abstract
- As changes in buildings into high-rise and large-scaled ones are in progress, internal structures are becoming complex, and the population is overcrowded throughout the world, evacuation times are prolonged when a fire or an emergency situation has occurred. At the same time, the ratio of deteriorated buildings is increasing, and the need for the maintenance and management of evacuation facilities is increasing whenever a fire occurs. Exit signs are a representative evacuation facility that can help quick evacuation of occupants by informing the locations of exits, and can reduce the RSET(Required Safety Evacuation Time), that is, the time required for evacuation. In the case of fire extinguishers, the useful life of 10 years was legally calculated in 2017 and they are being maintained and managed. However, in the case of currently installed exit signs, they are left unattended until the light goes out, and there are almost no laws regarding the maintenance and management. This study was intended to identify the luminance reduction pattern according to the aged deterioration of exit signs, which can reduce the evacuation time of the occupants in the event of occurrence of an emergency situation, to propose a useful life as the luminance type approval standard, and to continue the egress guidance function of exit signs. In order to understand the reduction in luminance according to the aged deterioration, a field survey was conducted from 2019 to 2020 at buildings of diverse uses. As a result, 295 exit signs were investigated in a total of 89 buildings in the Busan area, and analysis of luminance reduction and SPSS statistical analysis were conducted with 190 medium-sized LED exit signs of which the luminance can be measured under a certain standard and the specifications could be identified in the buildings to present the useful life as a the exit sign type approval standard.
