Abstract
In the modern industrial society, production technology is gradually developing due to mechanization and automation. Recently, Bigdata and artificial intelligence have been combined, and their uses are becoming more diverse. As the robot industry develops along with the development of production technology, the field of application of robots is gradually expanding as they replace human labor. As the demand for industrial robots increases, the number of injured persons is also expected to increase. Recently, the risk of industrial robot-related accidents and deaths is very high, so it is of utmost importance to prevent robot-related accidents from occurring. It is thought that it will be relatively safe compared to general manufacturing facilities, but in reality, when looking at the disaster status, it was found that the accident intensity was twice as high for robot work with 707.5 days compared to 351.7 days for general work, even when looking at the average labor loss of the injured. However, despite the increasing demand for industrial robots, they still only pursue productivity and convenience, and lack of interest in various safety devices and safety measures. Therefore, in order to expand the industrial robot market and prepare for industrial accidents related to industrial robots, it is necessary to take measures to prevent accidents through analysis and investigation of the recent accident status and risk factors related to industrial robots. A study on safety measures for industrial robot work is needed to determine how much has changed and developed in the current field 10 years after the robot situation in 2011. Through this, it is expected that it will be possible to strengthen safety measures for robots and reduce industrial accidents. As a result, it is expected that it will be used as basic data necessary for the establishment of a follow-up research base based on the data on the disaster risk factors and safety measures of industrial robots. As a result of the field survey, there was no significant change in the industrial field until 10 years from 2011 to 2021. As a result, in cases where there are no legal matters and safety inspections for industrial robots, there is no sense of necessity.
appear. In addition, in the actual field, the distinction between machines and robots was not clear, causing confusion in some cases.
Therefore, in order to improve this, the definition of industrial robot terms and safety inspection items should be added, and safety awareness through safety education should be increased. was studied to be strengthened. As the robot industry develops, research on safety related to robots as well as industry should be continuously conducted.
