숙련된 수퍼바이저의 상담 수퍼비전 요구분석

Abstract

요 약

본 연구에서는 숙련된 수퍼바이저 관점에서 상담 수퍼비전을 조명해보고자 한다. 구체적으로 국내의 숙련된 수퍼바이저들의 수퍼비전에 대한 의견을 조사하고자 한다. 이를 위해 62명의 숙련된 수퍼바이저를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, SPSS 25.0를 사용하여 집단차이별 의견에 대해 확인 후 교육내용에 대한 의견을 자유롭게 기술하도록 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담 수퍼비전 시간에서는 50～90분, 빈도는 주 1회, 기간은 1년～2년 그리고 방식은 자유롭게 논의하고 토론하는 것이 효율적인 상담 수퍼비전이 진행 될 수 있다고 나타났으며, 집단차이별 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 수퍼바이저 자격 취득을 위한 수퍼비전 사례 수는 41사례 이상으로 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 바람직한 수퍼바이저로서의 조건으로 개인적인 인간적 자질의 성숙이 중요하다는 응답이 가장 많았으며 수퍼바이저는 수퍼비전 시 수퍼바이지가 내담자 문제에 대해 명확하게 이해를 하고 있는지가 중요하다고 답하였다. 넷째, 수퍼비전에서 수퍼바이지들이 내담자에 대한 핵심감정 이해와 공감적 이해가 부족하다는 의견이 나타났다. 다섯째, 국내 상담 수퍼비전 체제의 개선점으로는 수퍼바이지와 수퍼바이저의 이중관계 등 윤리적인 문제에 대한 대안이 정립되어야 한다고 응답하였다. 마지막으로 숙련된 수퍼바이저들이 수퍼비전에서 중요하게 바라보고 교육하는 내용으로는 의사소통기술이라는 답변이 가장 많았다. 본 연구는 수퍼비전 체계 및 기존 수퍼비전에서 개선되어야 할 내용에 대한 시사점을 도출하였으며, 이는 숙련된 수퍼바이저 본인 뿐 아니라, 초심수퍼바이저들에게도 수퍼비전에 관한 기본 가이드라인을 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 수퍼바이저 역할을 시작하는 초심 수퍼바이저들은 유능한 수퍼바이저로서 성장하기 위해 무엇이 필요하고, 어떻게 해야 하는지를 파악하였다. 이는 상담 현장에서 많은 상담자들이 겪는 현실적인 어려움을 해소하고, 효과적인 역할 수행을 위한 교육을 개발하는 등 전문적인 상담자로 성장하기 위한 체계적인 방안들을 마련하는 데 도움을 줄 것이다. 끝으로 본 연구결과를 토대로 후속연구에 대한 제언과 시사점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to attention counseling supervision from an experienced supervisor perspective. Specifically, we intend to investigate the opinions of experienced supervisors in Korea. To this end, 62 experienced supervisors were surveyed and SPSS 25.0 was used to check collective discrimination opinions and freely describe their opinions on the contents of the training. The result are as follows first, studies showed that efficient counseling supervision could be conducted by discussing and discussing freely for 50 to 90 minutes, frequency once a week, durations of one to two years, and methods, and there was no statistically significant difference in group discrimination. Second, the number of supervisor cases for supervisor qualification showed no statistically significant difference beyond 41 cases. Third, in Supervision, there was a consensus that supervisors lacked a core understanding and empathetic understanding of their internalists. Fourth, it was said that alternatives to ethical issues such as the dual relationship between the domestic counseling supervision system and the supervisor should be established, and there was an opinion that it was necessary to provide basic guidelines for consultation supervision and manuals through standardized supervision design. Finally, the importance of consultant self-understanding was most mentioned in the training content for effective supervision. These findings suggest that multifaceted research on counseling supervision from the perspective of experienced supervisors is needed, and specific solutions and applications are needed to develop the professional capabilities of counselors. This study will help consultants in the consultation field as a basis for creating systematic methods and educational programs to grow into professional counselors, such as developing training for effective role performance. Finally, based on the results of this study, discussed suggestions and implications for subsequent studies.
