온라인 학습에서 관리자 기반의 초등학생 수업 행동과 수행능력 개선 연구
- Abstract
- Due to COVID-19, the education community has no choice but to choose online schools. Online classes, which were inevitably started without sufficient preparation and investigation, revealed problems in all aspects of the teacher and student-parent systems. Many researches are being published on issues and phenomena related to online classes after COVID-19. However, most researches have observed the problem behaviors of students in online classes on the screen. Alternatively, another papers are conducted with teachers and students. The reality is that it is impossible to know the actual behavior and atmosphere well without visiting the students' homes.
In particular, it is difficult for students in the lower grades of elementary school to take online classes. Due to the nature of online learning that requires self-directed ability, it was difficult for low-grade elementary school students who were not trained in learning to concentrate on their own classes and learning activities.
This study investigated ways to improve by collecting and understanding the actual behavior, concentration, and problems of the lower grades of elementary school when conducting online classes. As a result, it was confirmed that there were more problematic behaviors or wrong learning of students than teachers thought. Representative problem behaviors include false learning behaviors in which the face is looking at the screen but not actually learning during real-time classes, behaviors not studying, and behaviors not completing or not performing tasks when performing tasks. In this regard, it was confirmed that the problem behavior of the students was improved by the manager intervening and applying sanctions to the students' behavior or giving simple feedback. This shows that the problem of online learning can be viewed as a structural problem of online learning, not simply a problem of the teacher's competency or content quality.
If there is a way to manage students structurally and reinforce feedback during online learning, problems in online classes can be improved and classes can be conducted using their strengths.
