재해경감활동관리체계 운영성 강화 연구
- Abstract
- This study studied the disaster reduction activity plan establishment procedure, disaster reduction activity management system, risk assessment procedure, and the linkage between the ordering agency and the in-house supplier's disaster reduction activity management system required by the corporate disaster management standards.
By reviewing the requirements including each activity for each stage of disaster management and the application case of 'A' agency specified in the scope of application of the corporate disaster management standard, the contents and procedures of each stage of disaster management are clearly defined, and the business continuity plan for each stage of activity is established.
By examining the requirements for each stage of risk assessment and the case of 'A' organizations and suppliers, the method and procedure for deriving risk scenarios were clearly defined, and the necessity of introducing standardized procedures for deriving risk scenarios was studied.
In addition, the supplier strategy is clearly defined by identifying the requirements for the supplier strategy and by reviewing the application cases of 'A', the ordering organization, and the supplier B, and to strengthen the linkage between the two companies in the disaster reduction activity management system, the ordering organization and the supplier A study was conducted on ways to strengthen the operability in the field application of the disaster reduction activity management system, such as studying the need for a standardized procedure to share the procedure applied by the agency and the results produced by the procedure.
