Abstract


Education, research, central agency to perform the basic functions of the University community service for university libraries that support learning, research and service activities of the faculty and students, as well as the need to respond quickly to these changes in the educational environment. Intellectual resources of the university library to allow efficient use of the information collection, organization, and accumulation. Library management plan fits in the contemporary environment as users seek to require new forms of information services to meet the user-oriented services that are performed for the use of all the facilities and services provided shall be transformed into a university library.
