도로공사 시공단계에서 공사비 증가요인에 대한 연구

Abstract

This study has tried to identify various kinds of cost increasing factors quantitatively in the road construction site in the construction phase. After that, factor of conflict, delay and risk were discussed among them . The results was as follows. The uncertainty in undertaking a construction project comes from many sources and often involves many participants in the project. Since each participant tries to minimize its own risk, A questionnaire has been designed involving 127 cost increasing variables collecting from field engineers. 38 numbers of critical increasing variables(variables including Design related error, Social demand,, unexpected field condition, exceeding over head cost,.etc) in the road construction phase were identified Affinity diagram analysis revealed following 8 cost increasing factors ( owner's superiority, work scope change, design and specification error, Delay in various kind of approvals from government ,Technical capability of contractor (experience, and so on.), inadequacy of risk management, severe accident Unaffordable demand of project affected Local People) in road construction in the construction phase. Above 8 factors affected each other as delay, conflict and risk among them. Keywords: Cost increasing factors, Conflict, Delay, Risk, Affinity diagram
