도시 수변공간의 경관개선 방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

This study is intended to analyze the landscape characteristics exhibited in foreign cases of waterfront space development according to planning factors from the perspective of appropriate formation of urban waterfront landscape, and through comparison with domestic cases, the characteristics and issues are examined to consider the application and direction of planning factors to be considered when constructing waterfront landscape. The study method involves precedent study examination of chapter 2, for reviewing waterfront space plan and all related factors and arrangement of frame for analysis of landscape characteristics. In chapter 3, the planning factors set as the analysis frame are applied to foreign cases to examine the development status and characteristics per planning element. In chapter 4, targeting Marine City which is the major study subject, the basic urban strategy, objectives, process and such are examined, and all issues from the landscape status are figured out per planning factor. In chapter 5, through comparative evaluation of degree of consideration and application of planning factors, the landscape characteristics are analyzed, and in chapter 6, summary and conclusion are given. In summary of the major study results, Followings are the summary of the main study results. First of all, taking securing prospect right and openness into account, the arrangement of the height and uses of architecture would be required. In order to implement this program, preferentially there is a need for institutional strategy about standard height. Furthermore, when it comes to marine city, since it is the planned construction area made by public waters reclamation, it is poor in historical architectures. Therefore, with considering a range of beautiful natural scenery and capitalizing on various events, regional characteristics should be reflected in marine city.
