Abstract

Members could see the boss of servant leadership factors affecting job satisfaction and organizational commitment in that there is a difference when you see the summary of the results,
In this study, mediated by trust than satisfied with the job and the organization, the leader of the servant leadership be exercised when the confidence to follow their leader and their members to be satisfied with the organization as well as job satisfaction is to be interpreted.
Research, but to be affecting a lot of research on servant leadership, trust, trust, job satisfaction does not only need to pool characteristics, the organization's customer service center.
