Abstract: Recently, the emergence of a variety of devices, web development has brought significant changes. In order to respond to these changes, the web developers have been trying to apply a variety of new technologies.
In this paper, Web standards, N-screen, HTML5, CSS3, Media queries, jQuery and vocational training concept were studied. And in order to express these technologies the theme of vocational training were used. As a result, Job Training Management System was developed and implemented. The device non-dependent web was added to existing systems. In addition, vacational training process was rewritten and applied. Than the existing system, the proposed system's portability, versatility and accessibility has been improved.
Finally, for validation Web standards, checklists were needed. However, the existing Web checklists have not been able to resolve. So checklists was created. And Web standards verification agencies were presented for evaluation of Web site.
