타이어 트레드용 고무조성물에 있어서 카르복실화 스타이렌 부타디엔 라텍스가 실리카 분산과 동적특성에 미치는 영향

Abstract
In this study, by applying Carboxylated SBR latex was observed dispersion of silica, mechanical properties, dynamic characteristics.
By applying a small amount of Carboxylated SBR Latex improved dispersion of silica. This was confirmed by the mooney viscosity, G', △G', FE-SEM observation. This effect was noticeably when 3phr, 5phr apply.
Carboxylated SBR Latex by applying exhibited excellent mechanical properties. This was confirmed by the hardness and mechanical strength, abrasion resistance.
3phr and 5phr Carboxylated SBR Latex by applying exhibited excellent dynamic characteristics. This was confirmed by the high tanδ values ​​at 0℃ and low tanδ values at 60℃.
Therefore 3~5phr Carboxylated SBR latex reduced filler-filler interaction of silica. And were able to improve dispersion of silica, mechanical properties, dynamic characteristics.
