끄리(Opsariichthys uncirostris amurensis)의 연령과 성장

Abstract

본 연구는 2011년 3월부터 2011년 11월까지 충청북도 괴산군의 괴산호에 서식하는 끄리의 연령과 성장을 연구하기 위하여 채집한 표본의 비늘을 채취하여 연령을 사정하고 윤경으로부터 체장을 역계산하여 끄리의 성장을 추정하였다. 체장의 범위는 암컷이 162.5mm∼329.3mm였으며 수컷이 197.3mm∼329.3mm로 나타났으며, 끄리의 체장과 체중의 관계는 으로 나타났다. 연역지수를 통해 윤문의 형성시기를 추정한 결과 4월에서 5월 사이에 윤문이 형성되는 것으로 나타났고 생식소 숙도지수를 통해서 추정된 끄리의 산란기도 그와 비슷하게 나타난다. 끄리의 성장식은 von Bertalanffy 성장식을 사용하여 추정하였고, 추정된 성장식은 L_t=316.912(1-e^-0.392(t_0+0.843))e_i 이다.

Age and growth of Opsariichthys uncirostris amurensis of the lake Goe-san was determined by resorting to Scale studies. Examination of margin of scales collected during different months of the year revealed that the annulus formation occurs during April-may. The peak of the gonadosomatic index occurred also in may. Growth parameters were estimated using the scales and the theoretical lengths at various ages calculated by growth equation. Therefore, it is inferred that von Bertalanffy's growth equation adequately described the actual growth of Opsariichthys uncirostris amurensis. The von Bertalanffy growth parameters were L_t=316.912(1-e^-0.392(t_0+0.843))e_i.
