Abstract
Due to the economic development and urbanization, with the various architectural designs, the needs for large-scaled steel structure are rising more nowadays with a view to realize huge spaces and ultra high-rise building.
In this thesis, I’d like to suggest the guidelines for the more economical and rational supervision process control, focusing on the producing steel architecture with Lift-up construction method.
As an empirical study, Two things was suggested. At 1st,I showed the most adequate Lift-up construction by the case study of Erection construction method about huge space architectural structures. At2nd,The problem has been issued the in applying for the field with process mapping of Lift-up construction.
In making the flow chart, with compensating for the problems in the field about applying the Lift-up, Three steps was classified with the thesis in processing steel structure. 1) design-review and warming-up, 2) crafting fabrication, 3) set-up on the spot and Lift-Up. At each step, In manufacturing critical control factors, were shown the in every process, ordered workers to check at ITP chart and record the monitoring criterions at ITC form.
Additionally, in order to show the mutual relationship with each steel body fabricating process, Logical deployments, were summarized all these with FAST Diagram method. And using this result, Used in making workers utilize it as a VE tool.
From now on, as the demands of large steel structures will be assumed to be rising up, such construction must be the pivotal technology.
As an implication, for applying and developing the efficient and safe crafting of the steel structures, we must make every effort on the R&D in organization with planning, design and construction.
