- Abstract
- In this paper, poetry teaching methods will be studied by teaching method through the questioning of the preferred ways of teaching and learning to achieve the goal of literature. Questioning is a very useful teaching method to promote and develop the student's appreciation ability. The teacher raises the interest of the students about learning as well as promotes the student's appreciation ability by teaching method through the questioning.
In this study, how effective questioning in poetry education will be studied by investigating the types and strategies of questioning in appreciation class as specific action plans, and the model of poetry appreciation class questioning teaching methods is applied to is designed. And this will be applied to 「Ferry and strangers」 of Han Yongun, 「Mother worried」of Gi Hyeongdo, 「Ink drawings」of Kim Jongsam is published in the first, two years of junior high school textbooks. Therefore I propose questioning and teaching model that can be utilized the appreciation class.
According to such a strategy, 'factual questioning, analytical questioning, transactional questioning' were set up as the type of questioning for appreciating poetry to elicit emotion and reaction to be pursued in the poetry education is considered to be effective.
Reaction center model the learners' responses is respected extremely were selected as the effective model of poetry appreciation class.
By modifying the Gyeong Gyujin’s reaction center model, I construction of an Instructional model, and the Instructional model were combined with previously selected type of questioning. And this created the framework was embodied in the following process.
First, by considering the poetry characteristics and process of reading a poem, questioning is constituted with a precondition for that teachers and students read together.
Second, questioning promote diverse thinking activities according to the learners' developmental characteristics is made up.
Third, questioning is made up based on the learning objectives, educational content and learning activities. In consideration of the process of appreciation, the poetry is divided into the steps of before reading, during reading, after reading, and then when appreciating to poetry, present the core activities and examples of questioning. According to the stages of effective teaching and learning model, reaction center model, learning activities and examples of poetry appreciating questioning are presented.
I want that the questioning construction method of appreciation class is implemented in this way is referred to when teachers organize questioning systematically, analysis and modify to utilize the questioning in class and I expect that students to be rich in emotion and poetic deepens become more.
