- Abstract
- The purpose of the research is to provide the basic information to broaden the marine sports population by searching for the ways of promoting sailing school participants' continuous participation with the comprehensive understanding of influence of sailing school participants' participating motive and leisure satisfaction on continuous sports activity.
To achieve this purpose, through the research from December 2009 to April 2012, the following is concluded.
1) Differences of Sailing School Participants' Participating Motive, Leisure Satisfaction, and Continuous Sports Activities according to the Degree of Participation.
First, in regard to the participation motive, the periodical length of participation is significantly different with home entertainment, frequency and time of participation has significant difference with health-oriented and pastime entertainment.
Second, in regards to leisure satisfaction, participating frequency is significantly different with psychological satisfaction, social satisfaction and self satisfaction, participating time has significant difference with psychological satisfaction and social satisfaction.
Third, in regard to the sports continuousness, the length of participation is different with sports capacity, participation frequency is different from that in sports capacity and sports habits, and participating time is different from sports capacity, sports habit and sports peers significantly.
2) Influence of Sailing School Participants' Participating Motive and Leisure Satisfaction on Sports Continuousness.
First, In regard to psychological satisfaction and facility satisfaction, all subordinated factors of participating motive affect, health-oriented and social relations in the aspect of social satisfaction, and health-oriented, home entertainment and social relations in the aspect of self satisfaction.
Second, sports capability affects health-oriented and pastime entertainment, sports habit and peer affect health-oriented, and sports environment affects home entertainment.
Third, sports capability affects psychological satisfaction, sports habit affects psychological satisfaction and facility satisfaction, sports environment affects social satisfaction.
