한국 주변 해역 가자미과 어류의 분류학적 재검토

Abstract

Pleuronectid fishes were collected from all coasts of Korea between 2008 to 2012. We herein described 2 families 18 genera and 26 species in the Korean pleuronectid fishes, and provided key to their genera and species. We rearranged to the Hippoglossoides pinetorum to the genus Cleisthenes. We also rearranged Pleuronectes asper and Pleuronectes punctatissima to the genus Limanda. We rearranged Liopsetta pinnifasciata to the genus Liopsetta. We rearranged Pleuronectes yokohamae, Pleuronectes herzensteini, Pleuronectes obscurus and Pleuronectes schrenki to the genus Pseudopleuronectes. We herein propose the new Korean genus name "Mun-chi-ga-ja-mi-sok" for Pseudopleuronectes. Poecilopsetta plinthus should be relocated from the subfamily Poecilopsettinae to the family Poecilopsettidae based on unique lateral line shape (very deep arched) in ocular side and absence of lateral line in blind side.
