2009년 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 1학년 수와 연산 단원의 교과서 비교 분석

Abstract

This study focuses on a comparative analysis of the numbers and operations unit in the 13 different kinds of the authorized middle school mathematics 1 textbooks based on the 2009 revised curriculum. Textbooks are important tools that reflect the plans of curriculum and transit them into the field of education. These textbooks are written and published in accordance with the curriculum. This study focuses on how much the textbooks reflect the revised curriculum. The body is made up of a comparative analysis of the textbooks in aspect of layout, context and reflection. First, in layout, chapter layout and its proportion to the whole part of the textbooks and the number of the questions are analysed. Second, in contexts, learning goal, materials, and expressions of term definition in introduction are analysed. Third, in reflection, mathematical problem-solving as mathematical process, mathematical communication, and mathematical reasoning questions are analysed. The textbooks must be resigned to clarify mathematical process questions for student to understand with ease. Plus, teachers, apart from fixed list of textbooks, are asked to study other ones to provide their students with various class materials.
