The Influence of University Student’s Job Support Programs Participation Experience on Job Strategy
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the Influence of university students' experience on job support programs on their Job strategy. We looked at the experience of university students attending four-year universities participating in job support programs, the degree of Job strategy, and whether there are differences in job support programs and Job strategies depending on demographic characteristics, the differences in Job strategies based on job support programs, and the impact of job support programs on their Job strategy.
The study conducted a survey of university students attending a four-year university in Busan to analyze their experience in participating in job support programs and their impact on job strategies. Independent t verification, one-way batch analysis, and multiple regression were conducted on a total of 294 data.
The results of the study are as follows: First of all, university students' experience in participating in job support programs on campus showed the highest level of experience in job competency strengthening education. The degree of Job strategy was high in information exploration and employment planning. Second, depending on the characteristics of university students, there are significant differences in Influence and Job strategies for each job support program. The experience of participating in job support programs was higher for senior students, and the Job strategy was higher for seniors and seniors. Third, based on the experience of university students participating in employment support programs, the experience of participating in employment support programs showed a big difference in Job strategy. Fourth, experience in participating in job support programs has a static impact on Job strategy. In particular, the results showed that the Job strategy was high when he had participated in job counseling programs. The conclusion of this study was that the experience of participating in each job support program had a significant impact on the Job strategy. However, it is necessary to provide job guidance and various programs at the school level so that individuals preparing for employment can understand themselves, establish proper Job strategy, and prepare for specific Job.
