Abstract
Abstract

In this study, efficiency and electrical characteristics of DSSC was measured by the fabrication of TiO2 photo electrode and Pt counter electrode.
TiO2 photo electrode layered by using commercial TiO2 paste with tape casting and doctor blade method, then oxide semiconductor layer formed by different annealing temperature. Efficiency and electrical characteristics of DSSC was measured.
Furthermore, fabricated DSSCs efficiency and electrical characteristics by different thickness of TiO2 photo electrode was measurements, compared.
Pt counter electrode layered by using commercial Pt paste with tape casting and doctor blade method, then Pt paste coating thickness by different tape casting layer. Efficiency and electrical characteristics of DSSC was measured.
The thickness of surlyn film between TiO2 electrode and Pt counter electrode was varied. Then it’s efficiency and electrical characteristics of fabricated DSSCs were measured.
Fabricated by step wise annealing temperature method shows a higher fill factor and efficiency than linear annealing temperature method. And Shows a highest efficiency in 15 ㎛ thickness of photo electrode. Short circuit current decreased as increases photo electrode thickness.
Fabricated counter electrode, short circuit current and efficiency decreased as Pt paste coating thickness increases. On the contrary open circuit voltage increased as Pt paste coating thickness increases.
DSSC that 15 ㎛ thickness TiO2 photo electrode layered by stepwise annealing temperature methode and 1 layer Pt coated counter electrode with 60 ㎛ thickness surlyn film shows a highest 5.114% efficiency.
