Effect of University Students' Mentoring on Mathematical Academic Achievement and Attitudes for the Low-Income Middle School Students
Abstract
University students' mentoring is an educational supporting program that they meet elementary and middle school students regularly and conduct teaching, character education, career guidance and experimental learning to help them for healthy growth.

This thesis was performed that mentoring from the university students influences on the academic achievement and mathematic attitude among the low-income middle school students. Samples are 4 second level students who go to the local child community center in Busan. The results of this research show us that university students’ mentoring makes little effect on the academic achievement, but the positive impact on the mathematic attitude.
